ARTICLE 1. PLAYER OR OFFICIAL OUT OF BOUNDS. 
第1条 選手と審判のアウトオブバウンズ

A player or an Official is Out of Bounds when he touches a boundary line, or when he touches anything that is on or outside a boundary line, except a player, an official, or a pylon.
選手又は審判がboundary lineにタッチした、又はboundary line上やその外にいる選手、審判、パイロン以外の何か (例えば地面) にタッチした時、その選手、審判はアウトオブバウンズにいるとする。

ARTICLE 2. PLAYER INBOUNDS.

第2条 選手のインバウンズ

A player who has been out of bounds re-establishes himself as an inbounds player when both feet, or any part of his body other than his hands, touch the ground within the boundary lines, provided that no part of his body is touching a boundary line or anything other than a player, an official, or a pylon on or outside a boundary line.

アウトオブバウンズに出た選手が、身体の一部たりともboundary lineに、又はライン上やラインの外の選手、審判、パイロン以外の何らかにタッチしていない状態で、両足、又は手以外の身体がboundary lineの内側の地面にタッチしたら、インバウンズに戻ったとする。

Item 2. Loose Ball. 確保下に無いボール
A loose ball is out of bounds when it touches a boundary line or anything that is on or outside such line, including a player, an official, or a pylon.
確保下にないボールがboundary lineに、又はboundary line上、又はラインの外にいる選手、審判、パイロンを含む何らかにタッチした時、ボールはアウトオブバウンズとなる。
